Making Inner Peace Practical
Based in Australia, Alex works as a youth drug and alcohol rehabilitation worker, supporting young people through crisis, instability, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. This frontline experience shapes everything he teaches. It has given him clarity about what genuinely helps: safety, non-judgment, simple tools, and the ability to return the mind to stability.
He is the author of Mind Healing: Way of the Great Perennial Understanding, a clear guide to meditation, emotional processing, belief correction, and the recognition of one’s true nature. His aim is to remove confusion, reduce suffering, and support people in reconnecting with the peace that has always been here.
This work grew out of years of healing, study, and direct experience with emotional pain — both in his own life and in the lives of the people he supports. Over time, it became clear that most suffering comes from misunderstanding the mind: the beliefs we hold, the emotions we avoid, and the stories we repeat without realising.
His purpose is to communicate clear, simple, and accessible practices that help heal the mind and support people through everyday challenges.
