How To Heal Anxiety
False beliefs that produce fear — and the truth that undoes them

Anxiety stems from the ego’s central belief: “I am on my own.”
Every anxious thought arises from accepting this lie in one form or another.
The truth is that we are not on our own. We are accompanied, sustained, and held in the Love of God.
Each false belief below is a branch of the ego’s root, and each correction points us back to the quiet certainty of God’s Presence.
KEY TERMS USED
God – The infinite Source of all that exists. Pure Love itself — changeless, formless Spirit. Not a separate being or a man in the sky, but the Presence that sustains all life.
Father – Another name for God, emphasizing our shared origin, safety, and belonging in that Love.
Son (of God) – The one shared Self of all creation. It refers to everyone collectively, beyond individual identities — the extension of God’s Love, not a single person or gender.

Every form of anxiety rests on one simple error: the belief that I am on my own.
Every correction rests on one simple truth: God is with me.
“In Him you have no cares and no concerns, no burdens, no anxiety, no pain, no fear of future and no past regrets.” (W-pI.109.5:1)
Anxiety is not something to be fought — it is something to be undone at the level of belief.
Each time a false belief is noticed and corrected, the weight you were never meant to carry is set down, and rest returns.
